Thank you for booking a dumpster rental with us! We are excited to do business with you. Because we dump in local permitted water management sites, there are some rules on items that we are not permitted to take. 

The following items CANNOT be placed in the dumpster bin: 

Vehicle tires, batteries, pesticides, paint cans, stains, spray paints, lacquers, paint thinners, cleaners, chemicals, propane, automotive oils/lubricants/fuel, appliances with freon, etc.

We reserve the right to empty the dumpster back on your property at pickup if prohibited items are discovered and any deposit will be forfeited. 

We are also required to cover the dumpster for transport. Please do not fill over the brim. Any items over the top lip of bins will be discarded on site and you will be charged an additional fee to be determined by the driver. 

Please do not move or attempt to move the bin; you are responsible for damage while on your property up to and including replacement. 

You are responsible for any extra charges assessed by the landfill or for prohibited items.  

Also remember that your rental includes up to 2 tons of material. We can take up to 5 tons of material in each bin, but any tons over 2 tons are an additional fee of $65 per ton and will be billed after determining weight at the landfill. 

A fully loaded truck and bin place additional weight on a concrete slab or driveway exceeding the weight for what some driveways/slabs are designed to support, potentially causing damage. We generally advise against placing the bin on concrete. If you elect to utilize concrete for placement or access, we will not be liable for any damages.
